CarpoolMatchNW provides referral services. CarpoolMatchNW does not certify the character of rideshare participants. Participants are advised to carefully screen referrals prior to sharing any personal information and CarpoolMatchNW disclaims any liability therewith.
Initially, participants should identify themselves by their email address and not give out their home address, home telephone number, or other personally identifiable data. By signing up to participate in CarpoolMatchNW, participant agrees that he or she is solely responsible for determining whether and when it is appropriate to meet or share personal information with a potential rideshare partner.
This site was funded in part to offset Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions that contribute to greenhouse gases. Therefore, participant agrees that CarpoolMatchNW owns the rights to any CO2 credits arising out of the rider/drivers' participation in CarpoolMatchNW and to complete periodic surveys to verify CO2 reduction.
CarpoolMatchNW reserves, within the lawful limits of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the right to refuse services to anyone.
Privacy Policy -- CarpoolMatchNW ("CNW") takes your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy is clear: We will collect no personally identifiable information about you when you visit our web site or use our services unless you choose to provide that information to us.
CO2 Disclaimer -- When you sign up for CarpoolMatchNW, you give the Climate Trust the rights to the CO2 emissions you avoid when you share a ride. The Climate Trust holds these CO2 offsets in trust for the benefit of our environment and the citizens of Oregon.
